Glenwood Springs residents add 8.2% sales tax.

Colorado residents add 3% sales tax.

1.  All orders must be prepaid.  All sales are final. 

2.  You agree to accept all responsibility regarding questions of copyright or invasion of privacy that may arise in the use of material that has been reproduced by the Frontier Historical Society, Inc.

 3.  The Frontier Historical Society gives no exclusive rights for the use of its material.  Permission is granted for a one-time use only.  Any subsequent use of an image requires the written permission of the Society and the payment of additional fees.  You agree to use the image only once and for the purpose stated in this agreement.

4.  It is the responsibility of the user to credit the Frontier Historical Museum.  Proper credit must be given if the photograph is used in any published material, news report, video, television or film production, advertisement, signage, Internet website or any other visual medium.  If the photo is from the Schutte collection, the credit must read:  “Photo courtesy Frontier Historical Museum, Schutte collection.”  You agree to credit the Museum in a proper manner. 

5.  The Frontier Historical Museum does not allow its images to be used out of context or modified in any way that affects the historical integrity of the image.  You agree not to modify or alter these images in any way. 

6.  Special requests not specifically mentioned within the above procedures will be considered and subject to special agreements.  We reserve the right to charge additional fees for items that pose unusual difficulty.

7.  The Society requests, and is appreciative of receiving, a free copy of the item containing the material that is published or produced. 

8.  User will be required to provide a signed a Photo Use Form before any photographs will be processed.
